The Master rules are the 101 rules which are shown to us in the very beginning of the Undead Unluck series.
Each time a block in the stone tablet is filled up a new rule permanently takes place in the universe which stays in the next loop.
Until now in the series of undead unluck Juiz had been unsuccessful in defeating good for 100 rounds and till now 100 rules have been manifested in the world permanently.
The Master Room
In the undead unluck manga Apocalypse the book of the quests had told us that the longer a Master rule had been in presence the more powerful it is.
And the very first ten forms a Union of themselves inside of the sun who calls themselves as the Master Room.
It was revealed to us when the tenth place Sick the weakest of the top 10 Master rule came to Earth in a quest and fearing his death Move transferred him back to the Master room.
Fuuko followed him and got inside the Master room.
They didn’t appear to stop the Union because it was in under the plan of God to make them appear in the final loop 200 year prior to the last Ragnarok.
But they were stopped when Andy had placed himself over the sun to put a seal on their soul with his own but after he had weakened Sick got through.

I have given my opinion on the known which are currently not revealed
1. Soul
Currently, nothing is known about him.
But he is the leader of the master rules and the one who confronted Fuuko when she entered the Master room.
His eyes appeared to be in shiny form and when he had given his words to Fuuko he did stay truthful to his words.
In my opinion, he is the rule of Justice because in my opinion Juiz the vessel of injustice had been the leader of the Union for all the previous loops.
And his best opponent should have been his own vessel.
Update: Guys I had thought that the first master rule was justice but in the recent chapter of the manga it was revealed that the first ever rule introduced was that of Soul.

She was the one who confronted Fuuko and her friends who had reached the Sun to meet Andy and got help from them.
She was able to change the spacesuits and was stopped by Gina Unchange when she used her negator power.
It was said by her that she is the vessel rule of Gina.
4. Luck
We came to know about her when the second Master rule was made fun of for smelling like Blood and Guts.
It was Luck who comforted her and called her by the nickname of Lucky.
5. Justice
His face was of Skeleton from one side and the other side melting so in my opinion he could be the vessel rule of Undead or Unruin.

Sick is the weakest among the Master room’s Master rules and the only one to have reached Earth to fight against the negators under a quest.
But was very badly defeated by Andy to stop his destruction Uma Move interfeared in the fight and moved him back to the Master Room inside the Sun.
