15. Shizune – Tsunade’s loyal assistant, skilled medical-nin
Shizune, was a highly skilled medical-nin and assistant to Tsunade. Even though she did not got much attention in the series but stilll her expertise in medical ninjutsu, combined with her proficiency in poison techniques, makes her a formidable fighter and healer.
Shizune’s calm and analytical nature complements her role as a trusted advisor and caretaker, often balancing Tsunade’s impulsive tendencies.
Many a times in the series it was Shizune who controlled Tsunade from acting based on her anger and the reason why Tsunade did not sold the village under her gambling habit.
Though she avoids the spotlight, she was a very skilled Kunoichi of the hidden leaf village.
14. Tayuya – Member of sound four
Tayuya was among the many experimental toys of Orochimaru which he had under his control.
She was part of the Sound Four, who were ninja from the hidden mist villaage of Orochimaru and worked as his henchmen.
Tayuya’s had a unique genjutsu, which elied on sound to take his target under control which was amplified through her flute, this made her a dangerous opponent.
13. Tenten – Weapon specialist
Tenten is a very strong Kunoichi under Guy Sensei team who has determination and bravery just like Might Guy.
Tenten wanted to be a medical-nin just like lady Tsunade but she had less control over her chakra because of which she decided to develop her technique around ninja tools.
She is also very skilled in Fuinjutsu with which she always keeps arsenal of weapons sealed in scrolls.
12. Kushina Uzumaki – Jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails, master of sealing techniques
Kushina Uzumaki was the mother of Naruto and the jinchuriki of nine tails after Hito and before Naruto.
Kushina had a immense amount of Chakra reserves which we got to see when Obito took the nine tails out of her body and since no jinchuriki is able to survive the extraction of tail beast she was able to survive and also saved his son from attack from Kurama by sealing him with her sealing Jutsu.
She was among the vey few surviving Uzumaki clan member and was taken care by Hito Uzumaki so she learned the secret and strongest sealing jutsu of the Uzumaki clan from her.
11. Yugito Nii – Jinchūriki of two tails
A Jinchūriki of the Two-Tails (Matatabi), Yugito is a kunoichi from Kumogakure with excellent combat skills and fire-based abilities.

We did not got much time to see her in action but she was among the very first Jinchuriki we saw who could communicate with his tailed beast and was able to use the chakra very efficiently.

9. Hinata Hyūga – Member of the Hyūga Clan and Byakugan user
Hinata is the next head of the Hyuga clan with the ability of the byakugan and the only person who had awakened the tenseigan.
Hinata even though she is very shy and timid she still is a member of the Hyuga clan with the Byakugan and being from the main branch family was allowed to develop it further.
Hinata is as skilled in the Gentle fist technique of Hyuga as Neji and after the events of the fourth ninja war and in the Naruto movie she had also acquired the tenseigan which made her able to rival even combined strength of Naruto and Sasuke.

Sakura Haruno one of the member of the team 7 alongside Naruto and Sasuke did not got as much recognition for her skills because she had to be compared to near god like being.
But still Sakura was a very skilled Ninja who was a major support for the ninja alliance during the fourth ninja war she was a tank while also being a medic on the battlegound.
Sakura was trained by Tsunade herself and learned all the beastly power from her.
2. Tsunade Senju – Fifth Hokage, legendary Sannin
Tsunade Senju the 5th Hokage was the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju the god of Shinobi.
Tsunade did not got the legendary kekkei genkai wood release of Hashirama Senju but still she had an immense amount of chakra.
She had developed her own technique to store chakra in her body using the chakra mark on her forehead which kept storing chakra.

She can use interdimensional jutsu, gave godly power over Taijutsu and her infinite Tsukuyomi has no weakness if you get trapped in it.
